MSU Constitution

Maynooth Students’ Union (MSU) is an unincorporated association formed to represent the students of Maynooth University and St Patrick’s College Maynooth. 

The MSU Constitution contains the fundamental principles which govern its operation. 

The MSU Constitution allow members and potential members to have a better understanding of what MSU is all about and how it functions.

Articles & Schedules

The MSU Constitution contans 20 Articles and 27 Schedules. Articles of the MSU Constitution may only be changed by a Constitutional Referendum however the Schedules of the MSU Constitution may be changed at a meeting of the Student Senate.
