The Entertainments Committee (EntCom) is established by the Student Senate to plan, promote, and assist with and at all Union social and entertainment events.

Membership

Membership of the committee shall be as follows, namely:

• President (Chairperson)
• Vice President Student Life
• Two members of the Student Senate, elected by the Student Senate
• Two members of the Student Academic Assembly, elected by the Academic Assembly
• One member of the Clubs Council, elected by the Clubs Council
• One member of the Societies Council, elected by the Societies Council

The Committee shall meet as often as necessary and a minimum of every three weeks during term time.

Quorum

Quorum should be no less than 50% of those entitled to attend and vote.

Governance

The Committee shall report back to the Student Senate after each meeting.?
